Privacy notice
How this website handles information.
This notice describes the static website for Event Solutions, what it stores, what it does not store and how the brief builder works.
The website
This is a static website. It does not create accounts, set advertising cookies or run an analytics service. There is no newsletter sign up and no contact database on this site.
The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as the requested page, the time of the request and the network address. Those logs are controlled by the host rather than by this website. Their purpose is to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The brief builder
The brief builder on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. The details you type are used to assemble text on the same page. They are not transmitted to this website or stored on it. When you close or refresh the page, the entries are cleared by the browser.
If you copy the brief into an email or another service, that service will handle the information under its own terms. This website does not receive a copy.
Fonts and external links
The site loads the typefaces Prata, Karla and Roboto from Google Fonts. A request to Google Fonts includes network information that is needed to deliver the files. Google's handling of that information is described in the Google privacy policy.
Some pages link to independent industry sources. Following an external link takes you to a site with its own privacy notice. This site does not control those sites and does not receive information about what you read there.
Your choices
Because the site does not collect form submissions, there is no stored brief to access, correct or delete. You can clear the form at any time with the reset button or by closing the page.
If you have a question about this notice, use the brief builder to prepare your question and share it through the channel you already use with the organising team.
